Demi Lovato Ties the Knot with Singer-Songwriter Jordan ‘Jutes’ Lutes in Intimate California Wedding
Demi Lovato has officially said I do! The multi-talented singer and actor, 32, married Canadian singer-songwriter Jordan “Jutes” Lutes, 34, on Sunday in a private ceremony in California, as first reported by Vogue.
A Love Story That Began in the Studio
Lovato and Lutes first crossed paths in 2022 while collaborating on her edgy and emotional album Holy Fvck. Their creative chemistry soon turned into a romance, with Lutes co-writing several tracks on the album, including “Happy Ending,” “City of Angels,” and the fan-favorite pop-punk anthem “Substance.”
After nearly two years of dating, Lutes popped the question in December 2023 — and now, the pair are officially married.
A Stylish Wedding Day
For their big day, Lovato wore a stunning white Vivienne Westwood gown, radiating elegance and individuality. Lutes matched the energy in a sharp Saint Laurent suit. The ceremony was reportedly intimate and filled with love — a reflection of the couple’s journey and shared artistic spirit.
While representatives for Lovato haven’t released an official statement, fans and fellow artists have already flooded social media with congratulations and well wishes.
From Disney Darling to Rock Royalty
Lovato’s journey to this moment has been nothing short of remarkable. She got her start in showbiz as a child on Barney & Friends and rose to fame on the Disney Channel, starring in the Camp Rock films and Sonny with a Chance. Over the years, she’s evolved into a powerhouse vocalist with eight albums under her belt, earning praise for her raw lyrics and vocal range.
Who Is Jutes?
Jordan “Jutes” Lutes is an independent artist known for blending emo, pop-punk, and trap influences. He was previously signed to Capitol Records and has built a name for himself with honest songwriting and genre-defying sounds.
Looking Back, Moving Forward
Before finding lasting love with Lutes, Lovato was briefly engaged to actor Max Ehrich in 2020 — a whirlwind romance that ended just two months later. Now, with Lutes by her side, Lovato seems to have found a deeper connection rooted in both love and creative collaboration.
