Dayle Haddon, a celebrated supermodel and actress known for her appearances on iconic magazine covers and roles in TV shows and films during the 1970s and 1980s, has passed away at the age of 76. The cause of death was an apparent carbon monoxide leak, according to authorities in Solebury, Pennsylvania.

Details of the Tragic Incident

The Solebury Township Police Department reported that Haddon was found deceased in a second-floor bedroom of a detached office/in-law suite on Friday morning.

  • Critical Condition: A 76-year-old male, identified as Walter J. Blucas, was found unconscious at the scene and is currently hospitalized in critical condition.
  • Family Connection: Walter J. Blucas is the father of actor Marc Blucas. CNN has reached out to representatives for comment.

A Legacy Remembered

Haddon’s daughter, Ryan Haddon, paid tribute to her mother on Instagram, describing her as:

Police Investigation and Safety Warning

Authorities confirmed that the carbon monoxide leak was caused by a faulty flue and exhaust pipe in a gas heating system.
