Angelina Jolie’s Son Knox, 16, Stuns on the Red Carpet, Looking Strikingly Like Dad Brad Pitt
Knox Jolie-Pitt, 16, made a rare public appearance at the Governors Awards on Sunday night, drawing attention for his uncanny resemblance to both his parents, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
The teenager looked dashing in a classic black-and-white suit, complete with a black bowtie, as he accompanied his mother to the star-studded event. Jolie, 48, radiated elegance in a shimmering gold-and-silver sleeveless gown, accessorized with a stunning diamond necklace and matching earrings. Her brunette hair was styled in a sleek bun, with soft front locks framing her face.
The glamorous mother-son duo made their mark on an evening attended by Hollywood icons, including Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Pamela Anderson, Demi Moore, and Jennifer Lawrence.
This marked Knox’s first red carpet appearance in three years. He was last seen in October 2021 at the London premiere of his mother’s Marvel blockbuster, Eternals, where he was joined by his siblings Maddox (23), Pax (20), Zahara (19), Shiloh (18), and his twin sister, Vivienne (16).
A Complicated Family Legacy
Jolie and Pitt, who were married in 2014 and separated in 2016, share six children. Their highly publicized divorce involved disputes over child custody and ownership of Château Miraval, their French winery.
Knox and Vivienne are the youngest of the Jolie-Pitt clan and the only minors in the family. In recent years, several of the children have distanced themselves from their father. Shiloh legally removed “Pitt” from her last name in August, following Zahara, who dropped it in November 2023 during her induction into Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority at Spelman College. Vivienne also recently used “Jolie” professionally in her role as a co-producer with her mother for the Broadway production of The Outsiders.
A Supportive Family Unit
Despite the challenges stemming from her split with Pitt, Jolie has found strength in her close-knit family. A source told People earlier this year that Jolie’s children have been her “biggest supporters” during her ongoing legal battles.
“In the past few years, she’s created a life for herself and the kids that makes them all happy. It was a struggle for a while, but Angie is proud of how resilient and strong the kids are,” the insider revealed.
As Jolie focuses on her family, career, and future, events like the Governors Awards highlight the special bond she shares with her children. Knox’s appearance not only turned heads but also served as a testament to the strength and unity of the Jolie family.
